#1 DSE/IB Admissions Talk
To build upon the high level of positive response from last year’s DSE/IB Talk and from popular demand, the ExCo hosted another talk, this time expanding to include the aspect of University Admissions.
This talk featured top DSE/IB scorers entering fields of STEM, Medicine, Law and Social Sciences. In using an online mode to welcome participants and speakers from different locations of the world, the event was scheduled on the 19th of October.
#2 SDGs Social Service Program
To reinforce our mission of "Giving is Outstanding", the "SDG Social Service Programme" was introduced this year. Members of the external community/OSArs were allowed to pitch a social services event based on the SDGs.
#3 Student Athletes Talk
Noticing the rise in number of HK student athletes, the event demystified the life of the student athletes - ‘the road less travelled’ - for example, how they balance between academics and athletics. Additionally, this would also help to raise awareness amongst youths about the importance of maintaining a good physical wellbeing.
#4 40th OSArs Orientation Day
The Orientation Day introduced the award and Association to the incoming cohort of OSArs through presentations and Q&A sessions, while strengthening the bonds between OSArs with engaging ice-breaking games.
#5 HK Youth Summit 2025
As HKOSA's flagship event, the Youth Summit is a 2-day event that brings young people across Hong Kong together for meaningful discussions and educational experiences.
